Return & Exchange Policy

At Forster, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and satisfying shopping experience. We always strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with every purchase.

Customers are entitled to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused (with original label), and accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may exchange the product for the same item or choose another product from Forster of the same value or a higher value, with the difference in price paid where applicable.

Alternatively, if the customer prefers a refund, the product will be collected within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to meeting our return conditions.

Please note: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

How Can I Return a Product?

1. Contact our Customer Service team and request a return.
2. Provide your order number and confirm the relevant order details.
3. Prepare the product(s) to be returned along with the original invoice.
4. Specify the product(s) you wish to return, the number of items, and the reason for the return.
5. If you have lost the original invoice, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
6. Once the return process has been completed, the returned product(s) will be handed over to the company’s shipping representative.

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 15 days from the date the returned product(s) are approved.

Please note that the actual time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Refund Process

All returned products are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure that they meet the applicable return conditions.

If the returned product meets all requirements, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method used for the order.

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation notification from Forster.
