Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Forster, we are committed to providing a smooth and seamless shopping experience, from the moment your order is placed until it reaches you. We carefully process and ship every order while ensuring a clear and reliable delivery experience.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 10 business days from the date the order is confirmed, depending on product availability and current order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including the necessary shipping details to track your order.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees vary depending on the delivery area and address.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

3. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers may request the option to inspect their products upon delivery to ensure that the order matches their purchase before accepting it.

Please note that order inspection is not provided by default and must be specifically requested when confirming the order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All products, including items purchased with discounts or promotional offers, are subject to Forster’s Return & Exchange Policy.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

5. Order Confirmation Deposit

In certain cases, Forster may require a deposit before processing an order to confirm the seriousness of the purchase and help prevent fraudulent or non-genuine orders.

If a deposit is required, the amount will be determined and communicated to the customer during the order confirmation process. The deposit will be deducted from the total order value.
